Info For Vendors
Do you own or work for a company that sells firearms, gear or other goods and services that are of interest to gun owners? Would you characterize yourself as a top-tier provider of these goods or services within your geographic area or niche market? Would you like to expose an entirely new customer base to your business and increase your sales?
If so, you are EXACTLY the kind of person who we are recruiting to set up shop at the Mid-South Guns & Gear Expo.
Location
The Expo is located inside the MidSouth Market and Expo facility at 100 Wilton Circle, Winchester, Tennessee, 37398.
Winchester is approximately a 1-Hour drive from Nashville, Chattanooga, and Huntsville. We are within a half-day drive of Memphis, Knoxville, Atlanta and Birmingham.

Facility
The newly renovated MidSouth Market and Expo facility is home to the Expo and provides approximately 140,000 square feet of indoor exhibition space. Our exhibit floor is a spacious 65,000 square feet with wide aisles designed to provide ample room for leisurely moving from vendor to vendor without the normal clogs and clutter associated with gun shows.

- All prices are by the weekend.
- We require all vendors secure any firearms being displayed from theft by using either a glass display case or by cabling them together and anchoring the cable to the table leg. If you do not have a cable lock, you can assemble one cheaply and easily using nylon coated cable readily available at Lowes, Home Depot or any other similar hardware store.

If you are interested in either selling or exhibiting at our events, the first step is to download our Application Form.
If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you can download it for free, here:

The Application Form can be filled out inside of Acrobat Reader and then printed out, or printed and filled out by hand. Once complete, just mail it back to us at the address shown on the form itself.
Please understand that because our events are different from most "gun shows" we do review each applicant to ensure that only the best vendors and exhibitors from any particular market segment are present at our shows.
Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee you a spot at our events. If your application is approved, you will be invoiced for your registration fee and will have 10 calendar days to remit payment. If you fail to pay within 10 days, your application will be discarded and the next person in line will be given priority.
